- Thorough collection & review of customer & user requirements. Competitive analysis desirable.
- Learn from internal stakeholders, chat with Leadership if possible to understand company goals.
- Work closely with engineers to grok the platform and its constraints.
- Visualize – Sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes.
- Iterate! Looping in stakeholders, expert users, project management, marketing & docs.
- On schedule – Comfortable with both traditional & agile development models.
