- Set Up – Thorough collection & review of customer & user requirements. Competitive analysis, heuristic evaluations. Meet with internal stakeholders, chat with Leadership if possible to understand company goals. Work closely with engineers to grok the platform and its constraints.
- Visualize – Sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes.
- Iterate – Looping in stakeholders, expert users, project management, marketing & docs.
- On Time – Comfortable with both traditional & agile development models.
- Tools – Figma, Tableau
